Decision on being put on alert
On July 10, 2025, Hanoi Stock Exchange announces Decision No. 892/QD-SGDHN putting the G20 stock on alert:
•         Base of review: Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2025
•         Reason: The company has not held the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2025 within the maximum time limit from the end of the fiscal year as prescribed in Clause 2, Article 139 of the Law on Enterprises
.          Effective date: 14/07/2025 (July 14, 2025)
•       Applicable law(s): Point b, Clause 1 Article 32 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated April 18, 2025 of the Board of members of the Vietnam Exchange
Within 15 days from the date the stock is put on alert as prescribed in this Decision,
Vinh Phuc Textile Investment Joint Stock Company must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.

Notice on stock status
On July 10, 2025, HNX announces the status of Vinh Phuc Textile Investment Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: G20) as follows:
- G20 shares are on alert according to Decision No. 892/QD-SGDHN dated July 10, 2025 due to the reasons that the company has not held the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2025 within the maximum time limit from the end of the fiscal year as prescribed in Clause 2, Article 139 of the Law on Enterprises according to Point b, Clause 1 Article 32 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated April 18, 2025 of the Board of members of the Vietnam Exchange
- G20 shares are under continued trading restriction according to Decision No. 621/QD-SGDHN dated May 23, 2025 due to the reasons that the Company is late in submitting the Audited Annual Financial Statement 2024 and the Reviewed Semi-annual Financial Statement 2024 for more than 45 days from the deadline of information disclosure; the company had negative owner equity in the Audited Financial Statement 2023; the auditor gave their disclaimer opinion on the Financial Statement 2023 according to points b, a, c Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulations on registration and management of transactions of unlisted securities promulgated together with Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated 18/4/2025 by the Vietnam Exchange.
