Decision on continued trading restriction on UPCoM
Following Decision No. 832/QD-SGDHN dated 10/07/2025, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of CAD stock as follows:
- Issuer: CADOVIMEX Seafood Import-Export and Processing JSC
- Securities type: common stock
- Stock code: CAD
- Base of review: 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders;
- Reason: ): the company did not organize annual general meeting of shareholders in the most recent 02 fiscal years within the time limit from the end of the fiscal years as prescribed in Clause 2, Article 139 of the Law on Enterprises;
- Other reason(s):
+ The company had negative owner equity in Audited Financial Statement 2024
+ The auditor gave a disclaimer opinion on in Financial Statement 2024;
- Trading restriction: be traded on Friday weekly;
- Applicable law(s): Points a, c, h Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated 18/04/2025 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
- Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, CAD must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
This Decision replaces Decision No.745/GD-SGDHN dated 09/07/2024

Notice of stock status
 On July 10, 2025, HNX announces the status of CADOVIMEX Seafood Import-Export and Processing JSC’s shares (stock code: CAD) as follows:
- CAD shares are under trading restriction following the Decision 832/QD-SGDHN dated 10/07/2025 due to the company did not organize annual general meeting of shareholders in the most recent 02 fiscal years within the time limit from the end of the fiscal years as prescribed in Clause 2, Article 139 of the Law on Enterprises;The Company recorded negative owner's equity in 2024 and the auditor gave a disclaimer of opinion on  the Audited Financial Statements 2024 according to the  provision at Points a, c, h Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated 18/04/2025 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
