CTA: Decision on continued trading restriction and Notice of stock status

Decision on continued trading restriction on UPCoM
Following Decision No. 830/QD-SGDHN dated 10/07/2025, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of CTA stock as follows:
- Issuer: Vinavico JSC
- Securities type: common stock
- Stock code: CTA
- Base of review: 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders;
- Reason: the company did not organize annual general meeting of shareholders in the most recent 02 fiscal years within the time limit from the end of the fiscal years as prescribed in Clause 2, Article 139 of the Law on Enterprises;
- Trading restriction: be traded on Friday weekly when it is put out of trading suspension;
- Applicable law(s): Points h Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated 18/04/2025 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
- Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, CAD must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
This Decision replaces Decision No.802/QD-SGDHN dated 09/07/2024

Notice of stock status
 On July 10, 2025, HNX announces the status of Vinavico JSC’s shares (stock code: CTA) as follows:
- CTA shares was put under trading restriction according to Decision No.830/QD-SGDHN dated 10/07/2025 due the company did not organize annual general meeting of shareholders in the most recent 02 fiscal years within the time limit from the end of the fiscal years as prescribed in Clause 2, Article 139 of the Law on Enterprises as prescribed in Points h Section 1 Article 33 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.23/QD-HDTV dated 18/04/2025 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange. It is only traded on Friday when it is put out of trading suspension
- CTA shares was put under trading suspension according to Decision No.593/QD-SGDHN dated 23/05/2025 due the company did not have any remedy to overcome the reason for trading restriction according to Point d Section 1 Article 46 of Law on Securities; the Company was forced to delist due to serious violations of information disclosure obligations according to Decision No. 763/QD-SGDHN dated November 15, 2019 of Hanoi Stock Exchange on delisting as prescribed in Points d, e Section 1 Article 35 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.23/QD-HDTV dated 18/04/2025 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
