Decision on putting the stock on alert
On July 10, 2025, Hanoi Stock Exchange announces Decision No. 897/QD-SGDHN on putting the following stock on alert:
- Issuer: Beton 6 Corporation
- Stock code: BT6
- Ground: the organization of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2025
- Reason: The company has not held the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2025 within the maximum period from the end of the fiscal year as prescribed in Clause 2, Article 139 of the Law on Enterprises.
- Effective date: 14/07/2025
- Applicable law(s): Point b, Clause 1 Article 32 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. No.23/QD-HDTV dated April 18, 2025 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
Within 15 days from the date the stock is put on alert as prescribed this Decision, the Company must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.



Notice of stock status
On July 10, 2025, HNX announces the status of Beton 6 Corporation’s shares (stock code: BT6) as follows:
- BT6 shares remains on alert following the Decision No.897/QD-SGDHN dated 10/07/2025 due to the reason that the company did not organize Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in the most recent 02 fiscal years according to Clause 2, Article 139 of the Enterprise Law as prescribed in Point b Clause 1 Article 32 of the Regulation attached to Decision No.23/QD-HDTV dated April 18, 2025 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
- BT6 shares remains under trading restriction due to the company’s equity is negative on Audited Financial Statement 2024, according to the provisions at Point a Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated April 18, 2025 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
- BT6 shares was put under trading suspension according to Decision No.818/QD-SGDHN dated 16/07/2024 due the company did not have any remedy to overcome the reason for trading restriction according to Point d Section 1 Article 46 of Law on Securities, as prescribed in Points e Section 1 Article 36 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
