Decision on being under continued trading restriction on UPCoM
Following Decision No. 826/QD-SGDHN dated July 10, 2025 superseding Decision No. 744/QD-SGDHN dated July 09, 2024, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of DZM stock as follows:
- Base for consideration: Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2025;
- Reason: The Company has not held the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in the last 2 fiscal years within the maximum period from the end of the fiscal year as prescribed in Clause 2, Article 139 of the Law on Enterprises;
- Another reason: the Company was late in submitting the Audited Annual Financial Statement 2024 for more than 45 days from the end of the time limit for information disclosure;
- Trading restriction: be traded on Friday weekly from the day the shares are put out of trading suspension;
- Applicable law(s): Points b, h Section 1 Article 33 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated 18/4/2025 of the Vietnam Exchange.
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under trading restriction, Dzi An Mechanoelectric Joint Stock Company must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.

Notice of stock status
On July 10, 2025, HNX announces the status of Dzi An Mechanoelectric Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: DZM) as follows:
- DZM stock is under trading restriction according to Decision No. 826/QD-SGDHN dated July 10, 2025 due to the reason that the company has not held the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in the last 2 fiscal years within the maximum period from the end of the fiscal year as prescribed in Clause 2, Article 139 of the Law on Enterprises; the company is late in submitting the audited Financial Statement 2024 for more than 45 days from the deadline of information disclosure under points b, h Section 1 Article 33 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated 18/4/2025 of the Vietnam Exchange; trading restriction: the stock is allowed to be traded only on Friday weekly from the day it is put out of trading suspension;
- DZM stock is under trading suspension according to Decision No. 61/QD-SGDHN dated February 05, 2024 as the Company was forced into delisting because of serious violations on information disclosure under Point d Section 1 Article 36 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 by the Vietnam Exchange.
