Decision on continued trading restriction
On July 10, 2025, Hanoi Stock Exchange announced Decision No. 810/QD-SGDHN putting the LUT stock of Luong Tai Construction JSC under continued trading restriction as follow:
- Issuer: Luong Tai Construction JSC
- Securities type: common stock
- Stock code: LUT
- Base of review: Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2025;
- Reason: The registered trading organization has not held the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in the last 2 fiscal years within the maximum period from the end of the fiscal year as prescribed in Clause 2, Article 139 of the Law on Enterprises.
- Another reason: the Company is late in submitting the audited financial statement 2023, 2024; reviewed semi-annual financial statement 2024 more than 45 days from the deadline for information disclosure as prescribed; the company that was forced to delist due to the auditor's disclaimer of opinion on the financial statements 2022
- Trading time: Fridays of each week
- Applicable law(s): Points b, c, h Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated 18/04/2025 of the Vietnam Exchange.
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under trading restriction as prescribed in this Decision, Luong Tai Construction JSC must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.

Notice of stock status
On July 10, 2025, HNX announces the status of Luong Tai Construction JSC’s shares (stock code: LUT) as follows:
- LUT shares are under trading restriction according to Decision No. 810/QD-SGDHN dated July 10, 2025 due to the reasons that the Company has not held the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in the last 2 fiscal years within the maximum period from the end of the fiscal year as prescribed in Clause 2, Article 139 of the Law on Enterprises; the Company is late in submitting the audited financial statement 2023, 2024; reviewed semi-annual financial statement 2024 more than 45 days from the deadline for information disclosure as prescribed; the company that was forced to delist due to the auditor's disclaimer of opinion on the financial statements 2022 at Points b, c, h Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated 18/4/2025 of the Vietnam Exchange.
