Decision on continued trading restriction
On July 10, 2025, Hanoi Stock Exchange announced Decision No. 834/QD-SGDHN putting the BII stock of Bao Thu Industrial Development and Investment JSC under trading restriction as follow:
- Issuer: Bao Thu Industrial Development and Investment JSC
- Securities type: common stock
- Stock code: BII
- Base of review: Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2025;
- Reason: The registered trading organization has not held the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in the last 2 fiscal years within the maximum period from the end of the fiscal year as prescribed in Clause 2, Article 139 of the Law on Enterprises.
- Other reason for trading restriction: the company was late in submitting the reviewed Semi-Financial Statements 2024, Audited financial statements 2023 for over 45 days; the Company is forced into mandatory delisting out of the auditor gave disclaimer opinion on Financial Statement 2022 as prescribed in Point b, c, h Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations on Organization and Management of the UPCoM Exchange attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022.
- Trading time: Fridays of each week
- Applicable law(s): Points b, c, h Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated 18/04/2025 of the Vietnam Exchange.
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under trading restriction as prescribed in this Decision, the Company must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
This Decision replaces Decision No. 618/GD-SGDHN dated 23/05/2025.

On July 10, 2025, HNX announces the status of Bao Thu Industrial Development and Investment JSC’s shares (stock code: BII) as follows:
- BII shares  are put on trading restriction following the Decision 834/QD-SGDHN dated 10/7/2025 due to the reason(s) that the company did not organize Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in the most recent 02 fiscal years according to Clause 2, Article 139 of the Enterprise Law; the company was late in submitting Audited financial statements 2023, 2024 for over 45 days; the company was late in submitting Reviewed financial statements 2024 for over 45 days; the Company is forced into mandatory delisting out of the auditor gave disclaimer opinion on Financial Statement 2022 as prescribed in Points b, C, h Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated 18/04/2025 of the Vietnam Exchange.
