Decision on putting the stock on trading restriction
On July 10, 2025, Hanoi Stock Exchange announced Decision No. 872/QD-SGDHN putting the BLF stock of Bac Lieu Fisheries Joint Stock Company under trading restriction as follow:
- Issuer: Bac Lieu Fisheries Joint Stock Company
- Securities type: common stock
- Stock code: BLF
- Base of review: Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2025;
- Reason: The registered trading organization has not held the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in the last 2 fiscal years within the maximum period from the end of the fiscal year as prescribed in Clause 2, Article 139 of the Law on Enterprises.
- Trading time: Fridays of each week
- Applicable law(s): Points h Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated 18/04/2025 of the Vietnam Exchange.
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under trading restriction as prescribed in this Decision, the Company must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
This Decision replaces Decision No. 722/GD-SGDHN dated 09/07/2024.

On July 10, 2025, HNX announces the status of Bac Lieu Fisheries Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: BLF) as follows:
- BLF shares  are put on trading restriction following the Decision 872/QD-SGDHN dated 10/7/2025 due to the reason(s) that the copany The registered trading organization failed to remedy the alert status as stipulated at Points h Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated 18/04/2025 of the Vietnam Exchange; the company did not organize Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in the most recent 02 fiscal years according to Clause 2, Article 139 of the Enterprise Law.
