Decision on continued trading restriction
On July 10, 2025, Hanoi Stock Exchange announced Decision No. 835/QD-SGDHN putting the AVF stock of Anvifish Joint Stock Company under trading restriction as follow:
- Issuer: Anvifish Joint Stock Company
- Securities type: common stock
- Stock code: AVF
- Base of review: Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2025;
- Reason: The registered trading organization has not held the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in the last 2 fiscal years within the maximum period from the end of the fiscal year as prescribed in Clause 2, Article 139 of the Law on Enterprises.
- Trading time: Fridays of each week from the date the stock is removed from the trading suspension
- Applicable law(s): Points h Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated 18/04/2025 of the Vietnam Exchange.
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under trading restriction as prescribed in this Decision, the Company must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
This Decision replaces Decision No. 1042/GD-SGDHN dated 04/10/2024.

Notice of stock status
On July 10, 2025, HNX announces the status of Anvifish Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: AVF) as follows:
- AVF shares  are put on trading restriction following the Decision 835/QD-SGDHN dated 10/7/2025 due to the reason(s) that the company did not organize Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in the most recent 02 fiscal years according to Clause 2, Article 139 of the Enterprise Law;  the Company was late in submitting the reviewed Semi-Financial Statements 2021, 2022, 2023,2024 for more than 45 days;the company had negative owner equity in Review financial statement 2020; The auditor gave disclaimer opinion on Financial Statement 2019; it belongs to the case of trading restriction as prescribed in Points a, b, c, h Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange. Trading restriction: it is only traded on Friday weekly when it is removed from trading suspension.
- AVF shares are under continued trading suspension according to Decision No.599/QD-SGDHN dated 23/05/2025 due the company did not have any remedy to overcome the reason for trading restriction according to Point d Section 1 Article 46 of Law on Securities, regulaiton as prescribed in Points E Clause 1 Article 35 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.23/QD-HDTV dated 18/04/2025 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
