Decision on continued trading restriction on UPCoM
 
Following Decision No. 805/QD-SGDHN dated July 10, 2025, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of NTB stock as follows:
- Base of review: the organization of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2025;
- Reason for continued trading restriction: the company did not organize Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in the most recent 02 fiscal years according to Clause 2, Article 139 of the Enterprise Law
- Other reason for other trading restriction: the company was late in submitting Audited financial statement 2024 for over 45 days; the company had negative equity in Audited financial statement 2016
- Trading restriction: be traded on Friday weekly when it is removed from trading suspension
- Applicable law(s): Points a, b, h Section 1 Article 33 of the Regulations attached to to Decision No.23/QD-HDTV dated April 18, 2025 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, Transport Engineering Construction and Business Investment Stock Company must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
This decision replaces Decision No.1058/QD-SGDHN dated October 04, 2024.

Notice of stock status
On July 10, 2025, HNX announces the status of Transport Engineering Construction and Business Investment Stock Company 584’s shares (stock code: NTB) as follows:
- It was put under trading restriction according to Decision No.805/QD-SGDHN dated 10/07/2025 due to the reason(s) because the company did not organize Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in the most recent 02 fiscal years according to Section 2 Article 139 of the Enterprise Law; the company was late in submitting Review financial statement 2024 for over 45 days; it had negative owner equity in Review Financial Statement 2016 it belongs to the case of trading restriction as prescribed in Points a, b, h Section 1 Article 33 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.23/QD-HDTV dated April 18, 2025 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange. Trading restriction: it is only traded every Friday when it is removed from trading suspension;
- NTB shares are under trading suspension according to Decision No.600/QD-SGDHN dated May 23, 2025 because the Company did not have any remedy to overcome the reason for trading restriction according to Point d Section 1 Article 46 of the Law on Securities; it belongs to the case of trading suspension as prescribed in Point e Section 1 Article 36 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.23/QD-HDTV dated April 18, 2025 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
