Decision on continued trading restriction on UPCoM

 
Following Decision No. 863/QD-SGDHN dated July 10, 2025, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of PXC stock as follows:
- Base of review: the organization of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2025;
- Reason for continued trading restriction: the company did not organize Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in the most recent 02 fiscal years according to Clause 2, Article 139 of the Enterprise Law
- Other reason for other trading restriction: the company was late in submitting Audited financial statement 2023, 2024 for over 45 days; the auditor gave disclaimer opinion on Audited Financial statement 2022; the company had negative equity in Audited financial statement 2022
- Trading restriction: be traded on Friday weekly
- Applicable law(s): Points a, b, c, h Section 1 Article 33 of the Regulations attached to to Decision No.23/QD-HDTV dated April 18, 2025 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, PetroVietnam Urban Development Joint Stock Company must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
This decision replaces Decision No.613/QD-SGDHN dated 23/05/2025 on continued trading restriction and Decision No.735/QD-SGDHN dated 09/07/2024 on putting the stock on alert.

Notice of stock status
On July 10, 2025, HNX announces the status of PetroVietnam Urban Development Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: PXC) as follows:
- PXC shares are put under trading restriction according to Decision No.8633/QD-SGDHN dated 10/07/2025 due to the reason(s) the company did not organize Annual General Meeting of Shareholders when the fiscal year ends according to Clause 2, Article 139 of the Enterprise Law; the company was late in submitting Audited financial statements 2023, 2024 and Review financial statements 2023, 2024 for over 45 days; the auditor gave disclaimer opinion on Audited Financial statement 2022; the company had negative equity in Audited financial statement 2022 as prescribed in Points a, b, c, h Section 1 Article 33 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.23/QD-HDTV dated April 18, 2025 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
