Decision on being put on alert
On July 10, 2025, Hanoi Stock Exchange announces Decision No. 888/QD-SGDHN putting the following stock on alert:
•         Issuer: KTT Investment Group Joint Stock Company
•         Securities type: Common stock
•         Stock code: KTT
•         Base of review: Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2025
•         Reason: The registered trading organization has not held the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2025 within the maximum time limit from the end of the fiscal year as prescribed in Clause 2, Article 139 of the Law on Enterprises
.          Effective date: 14/07/2025 (July 14, 2025)
•       Applicable law(s): Point b, Clause 1 Article 32 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated April 18, 2025 of the Board of members of the Vietnam Exchange
Within 15 days from the date the stock is put on alert as prescribed in this Decision, KTT Investment Group Joint Stock Company must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.

Notice of stock status
On July 10, 2025, HNX announces the status of KTT Investment Group Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: KTT) as follows:
- KTT stock is put on alert from July 14, 2025 according to Decision No. 888/QD-SGDHN dated July 10, 2025 due to the reason(s) that the company has not held the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2025 within the maximum time limit from the end of the fiscal year as prescribed in Clause 2, Article 139 of the Law on Enterprises, which falls under the category of securities subject to alert as stipulated at Point b, Clause 1, Article 32 of the Regulation on Registration and Management of Unlisted Securities Trading issued under Decision No. 23/QĐ-HĐTV dated April 18, 2025, by the Board of members of the Vietnam Exchange;
- KTT share are under trading restriction from 29/05/2025 according to Decision No. 663/QD-SGDHN dated May 23, 2025 due to the company is late in submitting the audited Financial Statements 2024 more than 45 days from the deadline for information disclosure as prescribed according to Point b, Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated April 18, 2025 of the Vietnam Exchange;
- KTT share are under trading suspension according to Decision No. 08/QD-SGDHN dated January 6, 2025 because the issuer is the company that is subject to mandatory delisting due to serious violations of information disclosure obligations as prescribed in Point o, Clause 1, Article 120 of Decree No. 155/2020/ND-CP dated December 31, 2020 of the Government detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Securities; falling under the case of shares being suspended from trading according to Point d, Clause 1, Article 36 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated April 18, 2025 of the Vietnam Exchange.
