KAC: Notice on stock status

Notice of stock status
On July 10, 2025, HNX announces the status of Khang An Investment Real Estate Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: KAC) as follows:
- KAC shares are under trading restriction according to Decision No. 815/QD-SGDHN dated July 10, 2025 as prescribed at Points b and h Section 1 Article 33 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated 18/04/2025 of the Vietnam Exchange due to the reason(s) that according to point 2 Article 139 of the Law on Enterprises; the company was late in submitting Reviewed Semi-annual Financial Statements 2024 for over 45 days from the end of the prescribed information disclosure period; allowed to be traded on Friday weekly from the day the shares are removed out of trading suspension;
- KAC shares are under trading suspension according to Decision No. 574/QD-SGDHN dated May 23, 2025 due to the reason(s) that the Company has no measures to overcome the cause that led to the Company's shares being placed in trading restriction according to the provisions of Point d Section 1 Article 46 of the Law on Securities; the company was forced to be delisted due to serious violations of information disclosure obligations according to Decision No. 340/QD-SGDHCM dated 26/08/2019 of the Hochiminh Stock Exchange as prescribed at Points dd and e Section 1 Article 35 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated 18/4/2025 of the Vietnam Exchange.
