Decision on being put on alert
On July 10, 2025, Hanoi Stock Exchange announces Decision No. 887/QD-SGDHN putting the following stock on alert:
•         Issuer: Low Current -Telecom Joint Stock Company
•         Securities type: Common stock
•         Stock code: LTC
•         Base of review: The registered trading organization has not held the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2025 within the maximum time limit from the end of the fiscal year as prescribed in Clause 2, Article 139 of the Law on Enterprises
.          Effective date: 14/07/2025 (July 14, 2025)
.           Applicable law(s): Point b, Clause 1 Article 32 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated April 18, 2025 of the Board of members of the Vietnam Exchange
Within 15 days from the date the stock is put on alert as prescribed in this Decision, Low Current -Telecom Joint Stock Company must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.

Notice on stock status
On July 10, 2025, HNX announces the status of Low Current -Telecom Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: LTC) as follows:
- LTC stock is put on alert from July 14, 2025 according to Decision No. 887/QD-SGDHN dated July 10, 2025 due to the reason(s) that the company has not held the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2025 within the maximum time limit from the end of the fiscal year as prescribed in Clause 2, Article 139 of the Law on Enterprises, which falls under the category of securities subject to warning classification as stipulated at Point b, Clause 1, Article 32 of the Regulation on Registration and Management of Unlisted Securities Trading issued under Decision No. 23/QĐ-HĐTV dated April 18, 2025, by the Board of members of the Vietnam Exchange;
-LTC stock is under trading restriction under Decision No. 627/QD-SGDHN dated May 23, 2025 due to the reasons that the Company is late in submitting the Audited Financial Statements 2024 more than 45 days from the deadline for information disclosure as prescribed; the auditing company gave a disclaimer. of opinion to the Company’s Financial Statements 2023 under points b, c Section 1 Article 33 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated 18/04/2025 by the Vietnam Exchange.
