Decision on continued trading restriction
On July 10, 2025, Hanoi Stock Exchange announced Decision No. 812/QD-SGDHN putting the LCC stock of Hong Phong Cement Joint Stock Company under trading restriction as follow:
- Issuer: Hong Phong Cement Joint Stock Company
- Securities type: common stock
- Stock code: LCC
- Base of review: Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2025;
- Reason: The registered trading organization has not held the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in the last 2 fiscal years within the maximum period from the end of the fiscal year as prescribed in Clause 2, Article 139 of the Law on Enterprises.
- Another reason: The Company has negative equity in the Audited Financial Statements 2021;
- Trading time: Fridays of each week from the date the stock is removed from the trading suspension
- Applicable law(s): Points a, h Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated 18/04/2025 of the Vietnam Exchange.
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under trading restriction as prescribed in this Decision, Hong Phong Cement Joint Stock Company must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy. This Decision replaces Decision No. 646/GD-SGDHN dated 23/5/2025.

Notice of stock status
On July 10, 2025, HNX announces the status of Hong Phong Cement Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: LCC) as follows:
- LCC shares are put on trading restriction following the Decision 812/QD-SGDHN dated 10/7/2025 due to the company has not held the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in the last 2 fiscal years within the maximum period from the end of the fiscal year as prescribed in Clause 2, Article 139 of the Law on Enterprises; the Company has negative equity in the Audited Financial Statements 2021 according to the  provision at Points a, h Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated 18/04/2025 of the Vietnam Exchange;
- LCC shares are put on trading suspension according to Decision No. 645/QD-SGDHN dated 23/5/2025 due to the company did not have any remedy for the cause leading to the stock being put on restricted trading list as prescribed in Point d, Clause 1, Article 46 of the Law on Securities according to Point e Clause 1 Article 35 of the Regulations on Registration and Trading management of Unlisted securities as attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated 18/04/ 2025 by the Vietnam Exchange.
