Decision on being put on alert:
On July 10, 2025, Hanoi Stock Exchange announces Decision No. 882/QD-SGDHN putting the following stock on alert:
- Issuer: Rang Dong Holding Joint Stock Company
- Securities type: Common stock
- Stock code: RDP
- Base of review: 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders
- Reason: The registered trading organization has not held the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders within the maximum time limit from the end of the fiscal year as prescribed in Clause 2, Article 139 of the Law on Enterprises
- Effective date: 14/07/2025 (July 14, 2025)
- Applicable law(s): Point b, Clause 1 Article 32 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated April 18, 2025 of the Board of members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
Within 15 days from the date the stock is put on alert as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, Rang Dong Holding Joint Stock Company must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.

Notice on stock status:
On July 10, 2025, HNX announces the status of Rang Dong Holding Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: RDP) as follows: RDP share are put on alert from July 14, 2025 according to Decision No. 882/QD-SGDHN dated July 10, 2025 due to the reason(s) that the company has not held the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders within the maximum time limit from the end of the fiscal year as prescribed in Clause 2, Article 139 of the Law on Enterprises, which falls under the category of securities subject to warning classification as stipulated at Point b, Clause 1, Article 32 of the Regulation on Registration and Management of Unlisted Securities Trading issued under Decision No. 23/QĐ-HĐTV dated April 18, 2025, by the Board of members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
Trading suspension under Decision No. 497/QĐ-SGDHN dated April 29, 2025, due to the reason(s) that the company has been mandatorily delisted due to a serious violation of the obligation to disclose information as stipulated at Point o, Clause 1, Article 120 of Decree No. 155/2020/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2020, by the Government, which provides detailed provisions for a number of articles of the Law on Securities. This falls under the category of securities subject to trading suspension as stipulated at Point d, Clause 1, Article 36 of the Regulation on Registration and Management of Unlisted Securities Trading issued under Decision No. 34/QĐ-HĐTV dated November 16, 2022, by the Board of members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
