Decision on continued trading restriction
Following Decision No. 857/QD-SGDHN dated July 10, 2025 on the continued trading restriction of Song Da Investment Construction and Fire Privention Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: SDX) as follows:
- Base of review: Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2025
- Reason for trading restriction: the Company has not organized Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the recent 02 consecutive fiscal years in the time limit from the end of fiscal year; 
- Trading restriction: be traded on Friday weekly;
- Applicable law(s): Point h Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated April 18, 2025 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange;
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, Song Da Investment Construction and Fire Privention Joint Stock Company must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
This Decision replaces No. 767/QD-SGDHN dated July 09, 2024.

Notice of stock status
On July 10, 2025, HNX announces the status of Song Da Investment Construction and Fire Privention Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: SDX) as follows:
- SDX shares are under continued trading restriction due to the Company has not organized Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the recent 02 consecutive fiscal years in the time limit from the end of fiscal year according to the provisions at Point h Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated April 18, 2025 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
- SDX shares are under trading suspension due to the Company has no measures to overcome the cause that led to the company's shares being placed in trading restriction according to the provisions of Point d, Clause 1, Article 46 of the Securities Law (continuing late in submitting the audited Financial Statements 2024 more than 45 days from the deadline for information disclosure as prescribed); being placed in trading suspension according to the provisions at Point e Clause 1 Article 35 of the Regulation attached to Decision No.23/QD-HDTV dated April 18, 2025 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
