Decision on being put on alert
On July 10, 2025, Hanoi Stock Exchange announces Decision No. 880/QD-SGDHN putting the SJF stock on alert:
•         Base of review: Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2025
•         Reason: The Company has not held the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2025 within the maximum time limit from the end of the fiscal year as prescribed in Clause 2, Article 139 of the Law on Enterprises
•          Effective date: 14/07/2025 (July 14, 2025)
•       Applicable law(s): Point b, Clause 1 Article 32 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated April 18, 2025 of the Board of members of the Vietnam Exchange
Within 15 days from the date the stock is put on alert as prescribed in this Decision, Sunstar Investment Joint Stock Company must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.

Notice of stock status
On July 10, 2025, HNX announces the status of Sunstar Investment Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: SJF) as follows:
- SJF shares are put on alert from July 14, 2025 due to the reason(s) that the Company has not held the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2025 according to point b Clause 1 Article 32 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated April 18, 2025 of the Vietnam Exchange.
- SJF shares is under trading restriction according to Decision No. 397/QD-SGDHN dated April 08, 2025 due to disclaimer of opinion from auditor to Financial Statements 2023 as prescribed in Point c, Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
- SJF shares are put under trading suspension according to Decision No.1189/QD-SGDHN dated November 06, 2024 due to serious violation of information disclosure, the company belongs to the cases of mandatory delisting according to Point O Section 1 Article 120 of Decree No.155/2020/ND-CP dated December 31, 2020 of the Government as prescribed in Point d, Clause 1 Article 36 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
