SSF: Decision on being put under alert and Notice of stock status

Decision on being put under alert
Following Decision No. 879/QD-SGDHN dated July 10, 2025, G Saigon Education Joint Stock Company ’s shares (Upcom: SSF) will be put under alert as follow:
- Base of review: Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2025
- Reason: the Company has not convened the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2025 years in the time limit from the end of fiscal year according to the provisions of Clause 2, Article 139 of the Law on Enterprises;
- Effective date: July 14, 2025;
- Applicable law(s): Point b Clause 1 Article 32 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated April 18, 2025 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
Within 15 days from the date the stock is put under alert, G Saigon Education Joint Stock Company  shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.

Notice of stock status
On July 10, 2025, HNX announces the status of G Saigon Education Joint Stock Company ’s shares (Upcom: SSF) as follows:
- SSF shares are put under alert from July 14, 2025 due to the reason(s) that the company has not convened the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2025 in the time limit from the end of fiscal year according to the provisions of Clause 2, Article 139 of the Law on Enterprises according to Point b, Clause 1 Article 32 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated April 18, 2025 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
- SSF shares are under trading restriction following Decision No. 632/QD-SGDHN dated May 23, 2025 due to the Company was late in submitting the Audited Financial Statements 2024 for more than 45 days from the deadline for information disclosure as prescribed; The Company has stopped the main production and business activities for more than 1 year; The Company has negative owner's equity in the Audited Financial Statements 2023 as prescribed in Point b, a, đ Section 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated April 18, 2025 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
