Decision on continued trading restriction
On July 10, 2025, HNX announces Decision No. 852/QD-SGDHN the continued trading restriction of Bentre Transportation Works Contruction JSC’s shares (stock code: TBT) as follows:
- Base of review: Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2025
- Reason for trading restriction: the Company has not organized Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the recent 02 consecutive fiscal years in the time limit from the end of fiscal year;
- Other reason for trading restriction:  the Company has negative owner’s equity recorded in the audited Financial Statement of 2017; the auditing organization gave disclaimer opinion on Financial Statements 2017; 
- Trading restriction: be traded on Friday weekly;
- Applicable law(s): Point a, c, h Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated April 18, 2025 of the Board of members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, Bentre Transportation Works Contruction JSC must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
This Decision replaces Decision No. 796/QD-SGDHN dated July 09, 2024

Notice of stock status
On July 10, 2025, HNX announces the status of Bentre Transportation Works Contruction JSC’s shares (stock code: TBT) as follows:
- TBT shares are under continued trading restriction due to the Company has not organized Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the recent 02 consecutive fiscal years in the time limit from the end of fiscal year; the Company has negative owner’s equity recorded in the audited Financial Statement of 2017; the auditing organization gave disclaimer opinion on Financial Statements 2017 according to the provisions at Point a, c, h Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated April 18, 2025 of the Board of members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
- TBT shares are under trading suspension due to the Company has no measures to overcome the cause that led to the company's shares being placed in trading restriction according to the provisions of Point d, Clause 1, Article 46 of the Securities Law; being placed in trading suspension according to the provisions at Point e Clause 1 Article 35 of the Regulation attached to Decision No.23/QD-HDTV dated April 18, 2025 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
