Decision on being put on alert:
On July 10, 2025, Hanoi Stock Exchange announces Decision No. 877/QD-SGDHN putting the following stock on alert:
•         Issuer: Telecommunications Industry Electronics Joint Stock Company
•         Securities type: Common stock
•         Stock code: TIE
•         Base of review: Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2025
•       Reason: The Company has not held the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2025 within the maximum time limit from the end of the fiscal year as prescribed in Clause 2, Article 139 of the Law on Enterprises
.          Effective date: 14/07/2025 (July 14, 2025)
•       Applicable law(s): Point b, Clause 1 Article 32 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated April 18, 2025 of the Board of members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, TIE must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.

On July 10, 2025, HNX announces the status of Telecommunications Industry Electronics Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: TIE) as follows:
TIE share are put on alert from July 14, 2025 according to Decision No. 877/QD-SGDHN dated July 10, 2025 due to the reason(s) that the Company has not held the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2025 within the maximum time limit from the end of the fiscal year as prescribed in Clause 2, Article 139 of the Law on Enterprises as prescribed at Point b Clause 1 Article 32 of the Regulation on registration and management of transactions of unlisted securities promulgated together with the Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated April 18, 2025 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
