Decision on continued trading restriction on UPCoM
Following Decision No. 849/QD-SGDHN dated July 10, 2025, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of TS4 stock as follows:
-   Base of review: Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2025
- Reason for trading restriction: The Company has not organized Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the recent 02 consecutive fiscal years in the time limit from the end of fiscal year as prescribed in Clause 2, Article 139 of the Law on Enterprises;
- Other reason for trading restriction: the Company was late in submitting Reviewed-Semi Financial Statement 2023, 2024 for more than 45 days
- Trading restriction: be traded on Friday weekly;
- Applicable law(s): Point b, h Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated April 18, 2025 of the Board of members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, Seafood Joint Stock Company No 4 must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
This Decision replaces Decision No. 583/QD-SGDHN dated May 23, 2025.

Notice of stock status
On July 10, 2025, HNX announces the status of Seafood Joint Stock Company No 4’s shares (stock code: TS4) as follows:
- TS4 shares are under continued trading restriction following to Decision 849/QD-SGDHN dated July 10, 2025 due to the Company has not organized Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the recent 02 consecutive fiscal years in the time limit from the end of fiscal year as prescribed in Clause 2, Article 139 of the Law on Enterprises; the Company was late in submitting Reviewed-Semi Financial Statement 2023, 2024 for more than 45 days following to the provisions at Point b, h Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No.23/QD-HDTV dated April 18, 2025 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
- TS4 shares are under trading suspension following to Decision No. 582/QD-SGDHN dated May 23, 2025 due to the Company is subject to mandatory delisting out of severe violations on information disclosure obligations under Decision No. 467/QD-SGDHN dated August 31, 2021 by the Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange following to the provisions at Point đ, e, Clause 1 Article 35 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.23/QD-HDTV dated April 18, 2025 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
