Decision on being put on alert
Pursuant to Decision No. 891/QD-SGDHN dated 10/7/2025, HNX announces the being put on alert of HPM stock as follows:
- Base of review: Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2025;
- Reason: The Company has not held the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2025 within the maximum period from the end of the fiscal year as prescribed in Clause 2, Article 139 of the Law on Enterprises;
- Effective date: 14/7/2025
- Applicable law(s): Point b Clause 1 Article 32 of the Regulations on registration and management of transactions of unlisted securities promulgated together with Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated 18/4/2025 by the Vietnam Exchange.
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under alert as prescribed in this Decision, Hoang Phuc Mineral Trading and Construction Joint Stock Company shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.

Notice of stock status
On 10/7/2025, HNX announces the status of shares of Hoang Phuc Mineral Trading and Construction Joint Stock Company (HPM) as follows:
- HPM shares are on alert following the Decision No. 891/QD-SGDHN dated 10/7/2025 due to the reasons that the Company has not held the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2025 within the maximum period from the end of the fiscal year as prescribed in Clause 2, Article 139 of the Law on Enterprises as prescribed in Point b, Clause 1 Article 32 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated 18/4/2025 of the Vietnam Exchange;
- HPM shares are put under trading restriction following the Decision No. 629/QD-SGDHN dated 23/05/2025 due to the reasons the Company was late in submitting the audited Financial Statement 2024 for more than 45 days; The auditor gave a disclaimer opinion on the Audited Financial Statement 2023 at Points b, c Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulations on registration and management of unlisted securities transactions attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated 18/04/2025 by Vietnam Exchange.
