FPT: Share issuance for raising share capital from owner's equity

Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Execution rate: 20:3 (Shareholders are entitled to receive 3 new shares for every 20 shares they own)
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares: The number of shares additionally issued for shareholders will be rounded down to the whole number. The decimal fractional shares will be removed.
- Example: Shareholder A who owns 21 shares is entitled to receive 3.15 shares ((21x3):20=3,15). According to the rounding principle, shareholder will receive 3 new share,  the 0.15 fractional shares will be removed.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive shares at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will have to present ID cards to receive shares at:
