HPG: Certification of the 20th adjustment of registered securities information

Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce certification of the 20th adjustment of registered securities information for Hoa Phat Group Joint Stock Company as follows:

Has additionally registered securities at VSDC from 15/07/2025

From 15/07/2025, VSDC will receive depository of the above additionally registered Securites.

Hoa Phat Group Joint Stock Company and the parties involved in the process of preparing the dossier of adjusting information on the number of registered shares are legally responsible for the legality, accuracy, truthfulness and completeness of the dossier as prescribed in Clause 1, Article 11a of the Securities Law (supplemented in Clause 4, Article 1 of Law No. 56/2024/QH15).
