- Meeting venue: Thai Nguyen Non Ferous Metals Joint Stock Company - Vimico, quarter 3, Tich Luong ward, Thai Nguyen city
- Meeting agenda: issues within the authority of the extraordinary general meeting as sitpulated by the Enterprise Law and the Company's charter.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
