On July 17, 2025, Vinacomin - Minerals Holding Corporation received the Certificate of Registration of Contract for Transfer of right to use industrial property Object No. 4397/DKHĐSD and 4398/DKHDSD from the Department of Intellectual Property: "according to the Contract for Transfer of Right to Use Trademark, signed on July 16, 2024 between Vietnam National Coal - Mineral Industries Group and TKV Minerals Corporation - JSC"
