DPM: Share issuance for raising share capital from owner's equity

Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the record date as follows:

- Payment rate: 100:73.7476  (Shareholders are entitled to 73.7476 new shares for every 100 shares that they own);
- Principle of rounding, handling fractional shares: the number of share allocated to existing shareholders will be rounded down to the whole number. The fractional shares arising from rounding down when calculating the number of shares that existing shareholders receive according to the issuance rate (or the execution rate) or the difference between the number of shares expected to be issued and the number of shares actually issued (if any) will be removed
- For example 1: On the record date for shareholders to exercise the right to receive shares issued due to increasing share capital from owners' equity, shareholder A who owns 1,000 shares are entitled to receive (1,000/100) x 73.7476 = 737.4760 shares. According to the rounding principle, shareholder A will receive 737  shares, the 0.4760 fractional shares will be removed.
- For example 2: On the record date for shareholders to exercise the right to receive shares issued due to increasing share capital from owners' equity, the actual number of shares issued to increase share capital from owners' equity of PVFCCo to existing shareholders according to the record date provided by VSDC is 288,599,624 shares. With the expected number of shares issued being 288,600,000 shares, the difference between the expected number of shares issued and the actual number of shares issued (288,600,000 shares - 288,599,624 shares) is 376 shares. All 376 fractional shares, undistributed shares arising when exercising the right to receive shares issued due to increasing share capital from owners' equity will be removed.
Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive shares at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive shares at the Finance-Accounting department of PetroVietNam Fertilizer and Chemicals Corporation, level 9, no.43 Mac Dinh Chi, Sai Gon ward, Hochiminh city on working days. ID cards, passbooks have to be presented. In case of authorization, valid power of attorney (certified or notarized by local authority) is required.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
