GAB: Announcement on explanation of stock status of GAB shares on UPCoM

On July 18, 2025, FLC Mining Investment & Asset Management Joint Stock Company announced the  explanation of stock status of GAB shares as follow:
- The main reason why FLC Mining Investment & Asset Management Joint Stock Company (the Company) has not yet held the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders is that the Company has not been able to disclose the audited Financial Statements ("FS") for the years 2022, 2023 and 2024 in accordance with the provisions of law. At present, the Company and the Auditing Unit have not reached an agreement on the audit opinions of the Financial Statements for the above years. Therefore, the Company has not been able to fully prepare the meeting documents to be able to organize the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in accordance with the provisions of current law.
- The Company is still making efforts to complete the necessary additional procedures, agree on the audit opinions of the Financial Statements for the above years with the Auditing Unit, thereby completing all the necessary documents and organizing the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in accordance with the correct procedures and disclosing information in accordance with the provisions of law.
- The Company will promptly report to the Authority on the progress of implementation to ensure transparency, compliance with information disclosure obligations and minimize impacts on the interests of shareholders and investors.
