MIC: Payment of 2024 stock dividend

- Payment rate: 100:55 (Shareholders are entitled to 55 new shares for every 100 shares they own);
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares: The number of shares issued to shareholders will be rounded down to the whole number, the fractional shares (if any) will be removed.
- For example: shareholder A owns 96 BCG shares. Shareholder A will be entitled to receive an additional: (96/100)x55=52.8 BCG shares. According to the Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares, shareholder A will receive 52 BCG shares, the fractional share of 0.8 will be removed.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at Quang Nam Mineral Industry Joint Stock Company's headquarters during working hours from Monday to Friday (morning from 9:00-11:30, afternoon from 14:00-16:30) at the address: Quang Nam Mineral Industry Joint Stock Company Office.
