BVL: Payment of 2024 Stock Dividend

Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Payment rate: 100:8 (Shareholders are entitled to 8 new shares for every 100 shares they own)
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares: The number of shares additional issued for existing shareholders will be rounded down to the whole number. The decimal fractional shares (if any) will be removed.
- For example: on the record date, shareholder A who owns 95 shares is entitled to receive (95/100) x8 = 7.6 shares. According to the Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares, Shareholder Nguyen Van A will receive 7 shares and the  fractional shares of 0.6 will be removed.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at BV Land Joint Stock Company on working days (Monday ~ Friday, 9am-11.30am, 2pm-4.30pm):

ID cards/Certificate of business registration/other identity papers as stipulated or valid power of attorney have to be presented.
