HMD: Share issuance for raising share capital from owner's equity

Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Payment rate: 100:40  (Shareholders are entitled to 40 new shares for every 100 shares that they own);
- Principle of rounding, handling fractional shares (if any): the number of share additionally issued for raising share capital from owner's equity will be rounded down to the whole number. The fractional shares (if any) will be removed. The number of shares issued is the actual number for increasing charter capital. The number of shares removed will be returned to the development investment fund with a par value of 1 share = 10,000 VND.
- For example 1: On the record date, shareholder A who owns 99 shares are entitled to receive 99 * 40% = 39.6 shares. According to the rounding principle, shareholder A will receive 39 shares, the 0.6 fractional shares will be removed.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive shares at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive shares at Minh Duc Chemical Stockshare Company, Quyet Hung quarter, Bach Dang ward, Hai Phong city on working days (Monday ~ Saturday). ID cards, passbooks have to be presented.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
