FIR: Share issuance for raising share capital from owner's equity

- Execution rate: 10:1 (shareholders owning 10 shares will receive 01 new share)
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares: the number of shares issued to existing shareholders will be rounded down to the whole number. The decimal fractional shares (if any) will be removed.
- For example: Shareholder A owns 126 shares on the record date will receive (126 x 1/10) = 12.6 shares. According to the rounding principle, shareholder A will receive 12 shares, the 0.6 fractional shares will be removed.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive shares at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited:  Shareholders will carry out procedures to receive shares issued due to capital increase from owner's equity at the Headquarters of First Real Joint Stock Company. ID cards have to be presented
