- Meeting venue: level-2 meeting hall of the Company's head office, Binh An Hamlet, Chan May - Lang Co commune, Hue Province
- Meeting agenda: approving issues within the authority of the General Meeting
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
