NTP: Certification of the 11th adjustment of the number of registered shares

Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the 11th adjustment of the number of registered shares for Tien Phong Plastic JSC as follows:

Has additionally registered securities at VSDC from 24/07/2025

From 24/07/2025, VSDC will receive depository of the above additionally registered Securites.

Tien Phong Plastic JSC and the parties involved in the process of preparing the stock registration dossier are fully responsible before the law for the legality, accuracy, truthfulness and completeness of the dossier as prescribed in Clause 1, Article 11a of the Securities Law (supplemented in Clause 4, Article 1 of Law No. 56/2024/QH15).
