- Meeting time: to be announced in the invitation letters (12/09/2025 tentatively)
- Meeting venue: to be announced in the invitation letters (planned venue: Office of HALCOM VIETNAM JOINT STOCK COMPANY, Level 9, Hoa Binh Building, 106 Hoang Quoc Viet, Nghia Do, Cau Giay, Hanoi)
- Meeting agenda: approval of issues within the authority of the general meeting.
