QHD: Certification of the 3rd adjustment of the number of registered shares

Has additionally registered securities at VSDC from 25/07/2025

From 25/07/2025, VSDC will receive depository of the above additionally registered Securites.

Viet Duc Welding Electrode Joint Stock Company and the parties involved in the process of preparing the stock registration dossier are fully responsible before the law for the legality, accuracy, truthfulness and completeness of the dossier as prescribed in Clause 1, Article 11a of the Securities Law (supplemented in Clause 4, Article 1 of Law No. 56/2024/QH15).
