- Planned meeting time: 9/2025 tentatively (specific time will be announced in the invitation letters)
- Meeting venue: At the headquarters of HUD1 Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company, No. 168 Giai Phong Street, Phuong Liet Ward, Hanoi City
- Agenda: Amendment of the Company's  Charter.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
