+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited: Shareholders will complete procedures to receive dividends at PTP Joint Stock Company starting from 03/09/2025 (from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. - working days from Monday to Friday) and ID card/Passport have to be presented when receiving dividend; Or send confirmation dossier on payment via bank account according to the Company's form and send directly to the shareholder's registered address.

Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
