PNP: Payment of 2024 Cash Dividend

Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Payment rate: 16%/share (1,600 VND per share)
- Payment time: 28/08/2025
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at the Finance-Accounting department of Phu Huu – Newport Corporation, Nguyen Thi Tu road, Long Truong ward, Hochiminh city on working days from 28/08/2025 (during working hours in weekdays). Identity papers have to be presented.
