SFI: Certification of the 18th adjustment of registered securities information

Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation - Hochiminh branch would like to announce certification of the 18th adjustment of registered securities information for Sea & Air Freight International as follows:

Has additionally registered securities at VSDC from 30/07/2025

From 30/07/2025, VSDC will receive depository of the above additionally registered Securites.

Sea & Air Freight International and the parties involved in the process of preparing the dossier to adjust the information on the number of registered shares are fully responsible before the law for the legality, accuracy, truthfulness and completeness of the dossier as prescribed in Clause 1, Article 11a of the Securities Law (supplemented in Clause 4, Article 1 of the Law no. 56/2024/QH15)
