ACE: Final payment of 2024 cash dividend (25%/share)

Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the record date as follows:

a. First Payment of 2024 Cash Dividend (15%/share)
- Payment rate: 15%/share (1,500 VND per share);
- Payment date: 15/09/2025
b. Second Payment of 2024 Cash Dividend (10%/share)
- Payment rate: 10%/share (1,000 VND per share);
- Payment date: 15/10/2025

+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at the Company's office on working daysSeptember 15, 2025 (1st payment) and October 15, 2025 (2nd payment). ID cards have to be presented.
