- Planned meeting venue: Expected at the Commercial and Service Floor, 2nd floor (A2-6-02), An Binh Star project, Giao Luu City urban area, Pham Van Dong street, Phu Dien ward, Hanoi city
- Meeting agenda: Amendment of the Company's Charter and other issues within the authority of the General Meeting.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
