From 31/07/2025, VSDC will receive depository of the above additionally registered Securites.

Haiphong Port Tugboat And Transport Joint Stock Company and the parties involved in the process of preparing the dossier to adjust the information on the number of registered shares are fully responsible before the law for the legality, accuracy, truthfulness and completeness of the dossier as prescribed in Clause 1, Article 11a of the Securities Law (supplemented in Clause 4, Article 1 of the Law no. 56/2024/QH15)
