• Stock code: BST
• Securities type: common stock
• Par value: VND10,000/share
• Volume of delisted shares: ​1,100,000 shares 
• Value of delisted shares (by par value):  VND11,000,000,000
• Delisting date: August 29, 2025;
• Last trading day at HNX:  August 28, 2025;
• Reason: The listing organization cancels its public company status according to the notice of the State Securities Commission, which is a case of mandatory delisting as prescribed in Point a, Clause 1, Article 120 of Decree No. 155/2020/ND-CP dated December 31, 2020 of the Government detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Securities Law.
