FLC: The first convening of the 2025 Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders was unsuccessful

FLC Group JSC announces information regarding the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders in 2025, which was scheduled to be held on August 4, 2025, as follows:
The Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders in 2025 convened on August 4, 2025, did not meet the conditions to proceed in accordance with Clause 1, Article 145 of the 2020 Law on Enterprises and Clause 1, Article 18 of the Company’s Charter, due to the fact that the number of attending shareholders did not represent more than 50% of the total voting shares of the Company.
The notice of the second convening of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders in 2025 will be sent to shareholders in accordance with the provisions of the law and the Company’s Charter.
