IDC: Share issuance for 2024 stock dividend

- Execution rate: 100:15 (Shareholders are entitled to receive 15 new shares for every 100 shares they own)
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares (if any): the number of shares additionally issued will be rounded down to the whole number, the decimal fractional shares (if any) will be removed.
Example: On the record date, shareholder A who owns 132 shares are entitled to receive 19.8 shares. According to the rounding principle, shareholder A will receive 19 new shares, the 0.8 fractional shares will be removed.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at the Representative office of IDICO CORPORATION - JSC, level 32, Pearl Plaza, 561A Dien Bien Phu, Thanh My Tay ward, Hochiminh city (Former address: Level 32, Pearl Plaza, 561A Dien Bien Phu, ward 25, Binh Thanh district, Hochiminh city) on working days. ID cards and Certificate of share ownership, valid power of attorney have to be presented.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
