1.  Dividend payment in cash 2024
       + Exercise rate: 5% (shareholders receive VND500 for every share they own)
+ Exercise date: 26/08/2025
       + Place of payment:
- For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
- For undeposited shares: Sametel Corporation on working days (from Monday to Saturday). Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addtion to the mentioned above.
2. Issue of bonus shares
+ Exercise rate: 10 : 2 (shareholders receive 10 bonus share for every 02 rights they own. The number of shares shareholder receive is rounded down to unit digit)
+ Place of exercise:
- For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been depostied.
- For undeposited shares: Sametel Corporation on working days (from Monday to Saturday).
Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested.
