3. Reason for change: Update the Company's head office address and the contact address of the Legal Representative due to changes in administrative boundaries according to Resolution No. 1676/NQ-UBTVQH15 dated June 16, 2025 of the National Assembly Standing Committee "On the arrangement of commune-level administrative units of Phu Tho province in 2025".
