     * Dividend payment in cash:
          - Payment method: First advance cash dividend for 2025
          - Exercise rate: 10%/share (shareholders receive VND1,000 for every share they own)
          - Place of payment:
               + For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
               + For undeposited shares: Shareholders shall receive dividends as follows:
Shareholders who are employees of any subsidiary shall receive dividends at the Finance & Accounting Department of that subsidiary; shareholders who are sugarcane growers in Gia Lai shall receive dividends at the Finance & Accounting Department of An Khe Sugar Plant.
Shareholders who are currently employees of the Company’s Office and other shareholders shall receive dividends at the Company’s Finance & Accounting Department.
If shareholders request to receive dividends via bank transfer or authorize another person to collect, they must send a written Bank Transfer Request/Authorization Letter using the template available at www.qns.com.vn to the Company’s Finance & Accounting Department.
Required documents when collecting dividends: ID card/Citizen ID/Passport and Authorization Letter (if any).
